    Visited here on a Saturday at am had to wait mins for food. Place very dirty. Chips all over the floor ketchup and sauce all over tables bins inside over flowing. Several staff on just stood around around talking. Could not see what their food eating was. But the customer service area not what you except. Toilets were disgusting. No attention to detail in the customer service areas

    Completely empty restaurant and waiting minutes for a double cheeseburger meal, apparently it's because it was customised (we asked for no pickles).Not sure how asking for a burger with no pickles takes times as long as one with pickles.Seems like just eat delivery gets looked after and real in person customer get pushed to the back of the queue.

    Very disappointed, seems very understaffed as food took minutes. Whilst waiting people made complaints. One man was very upset as his food was not fresh, one woman wanted refund as she waited an entire hour, overheard one lady complaining that her coffee was ice cold.When we finally received food the chips were stale, cold and tasted like eating Styrofoam. The chicken nuggets were cold and tasted like cardboard and the cheese melts were also cold and tasted like plastic. Also ordered a sharing box of cheese melts but was disappointed to find they were not served to us, money lost but glad in aspects of no more torturous food. Very disgusting, tables were not clean. Many people upset, a quick dinner ruined.
